Soft Colors Make Pretty Thank You's

 Hello everyone,
Today I am sharing this card I made using Neat & Tangled's Calathea Stamp Set.  My mom had called and asked for a thank you card and since I know the recipient I wanted to make it custom for her tastes as well.  I actually ended up making two cards that I feel would be appropriate and will let my mom decide.
I started with a piece of Neenah Solar White card stock in 80 lb weight, which I then die cut with the largest stitched rectangle from the Kat Scrappiness dies. I took Lake Shores Simon Says Ink and stamped the full leaf stamps randomly on the paper and then took Wet Cement from Hero Arts and stamped the inside detail to the leaves. I then used Lawn Fawn Black Licorice ink that I stamped off once and then used the 2nd generation to stamp the stem areas.  I used the AESOP sentiment in the set and stamped that using the Lawn Fawn Black Licorice ink.  I placed the white rectangle on top of a piece of black card stock cut to 4 1/4 x 5 1/2, which I then added to a side folding A2 sized, white card base.  I finished the card off by adding some clear confetti sequins around the leaves and love the soft look of the card overall.
Hope you enjoy & I will see you all again soon!
